Trent Sartino

December 31, 1969 — January 3, 2024

Trent Randall Sartino, age 53, of Seward IL, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 3rd, 2024, at OSF Saint Anthony Hospital of Rockford IL, with his mom and dad by his side. Trent brought joy to so many residents and staff at Alden Park Strathmoor Nursing Home, where he has resided for the past 19 years. He embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, strength of spirit, and an unending generosity that could be seen in his care for his friends and family. Trent is loved and survived by father Natale (Don) Sartino, mother Dovie (Erni) Sartino, daughter Shala Sartino, granddaughters Brielle Martin and Zariya Martin, and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Trent was predeceased by grandparents Joe and Madelyn Sartino, Roy and Martha Smith, and brothers Todd Sartino and Troy Sartino. Celebration of life to follow at a later date.
