With sad hearts we share the news of the passing of Tod Allen Weber on September 4, 2025, a beloved husband, father, grandpa, son, brother, and friend. He was surrounded by his loving family after a courageous battle that he fought until the end. He was born May 23, 1964, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to Gerald and Shirley (Smith) Weber. Tod attended Belvidere High School before relocating to Ft. Myers, Florida, where he found a love of warm sand and the smell of the saltwater sea. After many years in Florida, he returned to Belvidere with his daughter, Heather, to reunite with family and friends. Several years later he welcomed his second daughter Cali to the world. After his return, he worked at Charter Manufacturing in Woodstock for 31 years. Tod married the love of his life, Elizabeth, on the beach in Tulum, Mexico, where they spent many hours in the sand, sun, and sea laughing and having fun. One of his favorite sayings, "All I need is to feel the sand between by toes and have a drink in one hand and a grouper sandwich in the other". Tod loved to travel, watch his beloved Chicago Bears, and spend time with friends and family. His favorite thing in the world was being a grandpa. His love was deep and true.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Weber; daughters Heather Marie Weber and Cali Jo (Thomas) Devaney; grandchildren Alani and Toby Devaney; mother Shirley Weber; sister Barbara (Bruce) Warthen; brother Curt (Kelly) Weber; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Gerald Weber; brother Kevin Weber; and niece Kara Joy Weber.
