Thomas Landis

Thomas P. Landis, 51, of Machesney Park, IL peacefully passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023, in the presence of his loved ones. He was born on January 20, 1972, in Machesney Park to William and Mary Landis. Thomas graduated from Harlem High School in 1991 and worked for Warner Lambert for 10 years. Tom was an avid motorcycle rider and generously helped fellow riders. As a nature lover he rode to most of the local parks to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. In his later years he returned to his faith as a Jehovah’s Witness, baptized on September 24, 2017. He is survived by his mother Mary; brother Robert (Kim); sister Cynthia; special niece Tristen; and many family and friends. He is predeceased by his father William. A Memorial visitation will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses at 9511 N. 2 nd Street, Machesney Park, IL on June 17 th , 2023, at 1 PM and service to follow at 2 pm.
