Susan Knutson

Susan Rae Knutson (Sue) 67 of Loves Park, IL passed away in her home on March 15, 2023, due to a sudden illness. She was born August 12, 1955, to Oris and Elizabeth (Austin) Knutson in Belvidere, Illinois. She Attended Guilford High School. She married Randy St. Cin May 8, 1976, and had three children. She was a long-time member of the Eagles Club of Belvidere, Illinois, Sons of Norway, and American Legion in Wisconsin. She enjoyed doing crafts especially knitting and crocheting (afghans and dish cloths), Michigan rummy, bowling, making potato salad and cookies. She would knit or crochet baby blankets for all her family and friend’s babies. She was recognized for making afghans for the American Legion to give to the veterans.
Sue is survived by her former husband Randy St. Cin, children Theresa St. Cin (Tom Kahler), Ken St. Cin, godson Shannon (Jackie) Taylor, sister Cheryl (Tom) Long, brothers Bob (Diane) Knutson and Kevin (Gabe) Knutson, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Oris and Elizabeth (Austin) Knutson, son Brad St. Cin, sister Dolly Olson, brother-in-law Jim Olson. Services to be determined.
