Steven “Steve” John Harms, 70, of Rockford, passed away on March 29, 2026, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. He was born May 11, 1955, in Elgin, IL; the son of Raymond Harms and Dolores Stanton.
He is survived by his sisters Donna Harms and Judy Stahl; brother Jeff Harms; long-time partner Kathy Sansone. He is preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Dolores Harms and brother Brian Harms.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 pm, Saturday, April 11, 2026, at New Mill Tap, 6935 11th Street, Rockford, IL 61109. Stateline Cremations is assisting the family, 6204 Forest Hills Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111. www.statelinecremations.com
