Steve Kirkpatrick

Steve K. Kirkpatrick, 65, of Rockford, passed away on April 24, 2022, in his home. He was born March 30, 1957, in Rockford; the son of Ival and Lillian (Paladino) Kirkpatrick. He worked as a header at Midstate Screw Factory. He was a member of the SM&SF Club, Lombardi Club, and the Eagles Club. He volunteered many hours to all three clubs. He enjoyed golfing and going scuba diving. He made many trips to Mexico with his group of buddies over the years. He was an avid poker player. His family is at peace knowing he can play with his favorite dog Desoto again.  Survivors include his siblings Susan (Henry) Lewis, Mike “KP” Kirkpatrick, and Diane Alexander; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents; nephew Ken Lewis; and great-nephew Brandon Lewis. A Celebration of Life will to be determined.
