Sharynn Cadwell

Sharynn Anne Cadwell, 82, of Machesney Park, passed away in her home on  March 5, 2023. She was born February 20, 1941, in Rockford; the daughter  of Henry and Marion (Griffey) Anderson. Sharynn worked at River Buff  Nursing Home in her early 20’s before becoming a loan mortgage processor  for area banks, retiring from Amcore Mortgage. Sharynn loved gardening and  became a Master Gardner. She also loved reading, genealogy and cooking.
Sharynn is survived by her daughter Sue Cadwell of Machesney Park, IL;  nephews Dan Loy of Apache Junction, AZ and Mark Loy of Carefree, AZ; niece  Kim (Ed) Conley of Queen Creek, AZ; 1 great niece and 4 great nephews  Predeceased by her parents; sister & brother-in-law Darlene and David Loy;  and her beloved dog Ollie.
A private burial for the family will be held at Scandinavian Cemetery in  Rockford. Stateline cremations is assisting the family, 6204 Forest Hills Rd, Loves Park.  www.statelinecremations.com
