Sandra Jean Cook, 75, of Belvidere, passed away in her home on February 10, 2019. Born July 29, 1943, in Stevens Point, WI; daughter of Earl and Earnestine Webie. Married Howard Mack Cook on September 3, 1960, celebrated 50 years of marriage on September 3, 2010. Howard passed away on March 1, 2011. She was a member of the Moose Club and Boone Lake from 1975 to 2011. She attended Redemption Church. Sandra had many interests which included baking, bingo, camping, crafts, crocheting, gardening, journaling, cooking, and traveling. Survivors include her daughters Lori Walley, Norma (Leonard) Glogowski, Brenda (Tyler) Chandler, and Lisa Bogardus; son James (Kimberly Wennmacher) Cook; grandchildren Michelle (Daniel) Dunlap, Melissa (Thomas) Matthews, Michaele Walley, Nicholas (Meg) Glogowski, Nathan (Terrica) Glogowksi, Joshua (Melissa) Walton, and Paul Bogardus; great-grandchildren Alexis Robertson, Julia and Ethan Dunlap, Ruben, Jordan, and Alex Nieto, Zendaya Ward, and Baby Girl Walton; sisters Dorothy Chojnacki, and Nancy Flatoff; and her loyal companions, her dog Libby, and her bird Honey. Sandra was predeceased by her parents, husband, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and a son-in-law. Celebration of Life Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 11 am in the VFW, 1310 W. Lincoln Ave., Belvidere with Rev. Adam Reardon officiating; a luncheon and visitation to immediately follow the service until 3 pm. Memorials to be given to the family via the Belvidere VFW. Burial will be in Belvidere Cemetery at a later date. All the Cook children would like to thank family and friends for all their love and support. Cremation Rites have been accorded.
