Ruth Jarman

RUTH ELAINE JARMAN, 71, of Rockford, passed away September 17, 2020 in her home. Ruth, daughter of Clifford Bowker and Grace (Beyer) Bowker-Turgeon, was born in Mount Holly, NJ on September 28, 1948. She married David L. Jarman Sr. on April 14, 1972, he preceded her in death. Ruth enjoyed painting and nature walks. Survivors include her sons Joe (Heather) Jarman and David (Tammy) Jarman II; daughters Patricia Hall and Mary Leonard; brother Wayne (Kai) Bowker; grandchildren Jamie (Craig) Willoughby, Josh (Dallas) Higgins, Alex Lindstrom, Adam and Leanna Nation and Tori and Matt Hall; great grandchildren Waylon and Silas Willoughby, Seralyn Higgins, Lexi, Adarius and Alisia Blazer. Ruth was predeceased by her grandparents; parents; brothers Ken and David Bowker.  There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Cremation rites have taken place.
