Ruth A Eversoll

Ruth Ann Eversoll, 76, of Rockford, passed away, on December 24, 2025, at St. Anne’s Place. She was born April 7, 1949, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of William and Doris (Chenowith) Eversoll.

She attended Harlem High School and took classes at Rock Valley College. She worked as a waitress at Spring Garden in Loves Park for many years. Ruth was a talented artist that enjoyed painting fantasy and abstract art in various techniques. She loved get togethers and enjoyed watching movies. She was a total animal lover and raised horses, dogs and cats.

Survivors include her daughters Tamara (Zach Eytalis) Benson and Jennifer Rose-Heflin; grandchildren Elizabeth, Aiden, Chase, Sinclair, Grayson, Kolton, Nicholas, Austin, Shelbie, Valerie, and Autumn; sisters Karla (Jim) Bagley and Berta Eversoll; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; daughter Kimberly Benson; and brothers Greg and Lewie Eversoll.
