Robert Crosser

September 5, 1955 — March 15, 2024

Robert (Robbie) Taylor Crosser 68, of Rockford, passed away on March 15, 2024, at UIC Hospital in Chicago. Robert was born September 5, 1955, in Rockford; the son of Robert and Antonia (Navarro) Crosser. Robert was a machinist before retiring. He enjoyed music, fishing, camping, and bonfires. He was an avid Chicago Bears fan and loved riding his motorcycle. Robert was “The Facebook DJ”. He had Facebook friends all over the world.

Robert is survived by his mother Antonia Crosser; sisters Sheila (Holly) Rippy and Tracey Crosser; brothers Jeff (Lisa) Crosser and Mark (Linda St. John) Crosser; daughters Sarah Crosser and Lisa Koerth; grandson Bostin Duty; several nieces and nephews; and special friend Lori Kalen.

There will be a private Memorial Service for immediate family only and then there will be a public Celebration of Life announced at a later date.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the doctors and nurses of UIC MICU and Mercy Health. They appreciate all the special care that was given to Robert during his stay.
