Robert Crabtree

Robert Crabtree,62, passed away at his home in Oregon on August 20,2022.  Robert was born to Charles and Betty (Schueneman) Crabtree on May 25,1960. He spent his early years in Racine,Wi before moving to Illinois where he attended Marengo High School. After high school he went on to work in the family metal finishing business before eventually owning his own metal finishing company for over 30 years. He was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and loved banter with anyone that wasn’t. He was a simple man that enjoyed fishing, playing cards, playing pool, having some cold ones, and just laughing about life. He had a great sense of sarcastic humor. He will be greatly missed by his daughter Robin (Michael) Angelico, son Dustin ‘Bobby’ (Brianna) Crabtree, 4 Granddaughters Kelseigh, Jersy, Hayden and Brighton. His Fiance Sharon Schroder and her son Austin, brothers Charles, Michael, Neal, sister Randi, stepmother Lillie, niece Jenny, and nephew Tony as well as many other relatives and friends.  He is predeceased by his father Charles, mother Betty, sisters Diane and Kathy, nephews Christopher and Robert and niece Rebecca.  Per Bob's wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no services held, but the family would like to get together with his friends and other loved ones to celebrate him.
