Richard Nortch

April 22, 1941 — February 18, 2024

Richard E. Nortch, 82, of Machesney Park, passed away in his home on February 18, 2024, surrounded by his family. He was born on April 22, 1941, in Menominee, Michigan; the son of Matthew and Elizabeth (Peterson) Nortch. He graduated from Menominee High School in 1959 and served in the US Army. Richard married Patricia D. Ervin on November 25, 1972. He worked as a CNC operator for Ingersol Milling Machine Company. He was a member of the Willow Creek Presbyterian Church of Argyle and a Green Bay Packer fan.

Richard is survived by his loving wife Pat; daughter Heather (Tim) Roush; son David Nortch; grandsons Gavin and Quinten Roush, Sam, Ben, and Zack Nortch, and Nathan Ward; brothers Howard Nortch, Keith (Lynn) Nortch; sisters Carol (David) Parrett, Sherry Zolmierski, Darlene Mineau, and Kathy Thunder. He is predeceased by his parents; 3 brothers; and 2 sisters.

A Memorial Service will be at 11 am, Saturday, March 2, 2024, in Willow Creek Presbyterian Church of Argyle, 7300 Belvidere Rd., Caledonia 61011, with Rev. Lauren Patrus-Betzel officiating. Visitation from 9:30 am until time of service. Interment in Scottish Argyle Cemetery immediately after the service with a luncheon to follow at the church.
