Raymond Saunders

Raymond Lee Saunders, III, 55, of South Beloit, passed away on September 16, 2025. He was born on December 8, 1969, in Miami, Florida; the son of Raymond Lee Saunders, II and Lynda Carter. Raymond was a professional fisherman for many years on charter boats and more recently he worked as a painter. He enjoyed cooking and with his love of fishing, he was very good at cooking fish. He was also the grilling king. He loved dogs and had many over the years. Raymond loved deeply and was deeply loved.

Survivors include his mother Lynda Miller; father Raymond (Helen) Saunders, II; sister Dawn Mount; stepsiblings Randy, Charles, and Amanda Provenzano; niece Cassondra Mount; great-niece Aubree Edgren; and numerous cousins. He is predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents; and several aunts and uncles.
