Phillip Villarreal

Phillip Raul Villarreal, 51, of Rockford, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 12, 2022. Phillip was born to Maria Adulia “Lula” and Pablo R. Villarreal on August 18, 1970, here in Rockford. He worked at Chrysler in Belvidere, IL for many years.  He enjoyed spending time with his boys, and family, as well as fishing. He is survived by his sons, Noel Adam Villarreal and Giovanni Joseph Villarreal; mother, Lula Villarreal, brothers, Paul Villarreal, Joey Villarreal, and Reuben Villarreal; sisters, Estella Montoya, Eva Ramirez, Christie Villarreal, Gloria Sweet, Annette Rudeen, Sandra Wallis, Alice Villarreal, and Diesta DiFrancesso. He was preceded in death by his father, Pablo; brother, Eddie Villarreal; niece, Adriana Bella Campos; nephews, Noell S. Ramirez and William Wallis Jr. Services for Phillip will be conducted on Friday, July 22, 2022, 11:00 A.M., at Firstborn Ministries, 8213 N. Alpine Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
