Penelope Borchmann

UPDATED SERVICE INFORMATION: Penelope Margaret Borchmann, age 55, of Rockford, passed away in her home on April 16, 2023, from heart problems. She was born February 3, 1968, in Rockford to Donna Akey and Gary Borchmann. She graduated from Harlem High School in 1987. She worked as a care giver and server at Independence Village. She enjoyed cooking. She also went thrifting at garage sales, estate sales, and would enjoy an afternoon roaming around Hidden Treasures in Loves Park. Penelope was also a member of Planet Fitness. Survivors include her daughter Savanna Addotta; mother Donna Akey; and father Gary Borchman. She is predeceased by her daughter Haylee Rine and sister Amy Borchmann. A Celebration of Life for both Amy and Penny Borchmann will be at 5 pm on June 4, 2023 at Sam's Ristorante, 6075 E. Riverside Blvd, Rockford, IL 61114.
