Patricia G. Johnson, 80, passed away March 29th, 2026, surrounded by loved ones in her Roscoe home. Pat was born in Rugby, North Dakota on December 28th,1945, to Jack and Vernice (Lemke) Voeller. She grew up with 3 sisters and 5 brothers on her family’s farms in North Dakota and then when they moved to Black River Falls, Wisconsin.
Pat moved to Illinois to start a family. She was the rock and back bone of the family. She loved and cared for her family fiercely, always welcoming them and always preparing a big meal.
Pat is survived by her 5 children: Jamie (Becky) Bloomfield, Jason (Pam) Bloomfield, Jeff Bloomfield, Krisinda (Dennis) Adkins, and Nichole (Joshua) Brenz; 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 unborn great-grandchildren.
Pat was a second-generation nurse who cared deeply for her patients and had a talent for healing wounds as a wound care and home health nurse. Pat had a love of country music and dancing. She was not afraid to take you by the hand and get you on the dance floor and frequently danced around her kitchen. Pat had a talent for making clothes for her granddaughter, Mckenna, and blankets for her great-grandchildren. She enjoyed woodworking, white water rafting, road trips, riding horses and a passion for dogs. Pat was also strong in her beliefs and in her faith as a Christian.
