Pamela Atkinson

Pamela Sue Atkinson, 67, of Dekalb, passed away March 20, 2024. She was born February 2, 1957, in Sycamore, the daughter of Buddy and Minnie (Farner) Aldridge. She married Roger Eugene Atkinson on September 18, 1983. During her lifetime was a window attendant for Ho Chunk Casino in Baraboo, WI, a CNA for 17 years, a receptionist, and a switchboard operator. She enjoyed crocheting, coloring adult coloring books, and playing games on her tablet. She loved to travel and would be up and gone with a moment’s notice.

Survivors include her sons James (Jodi) Blue, Timothy (Melissa) Blue, and Joe (Alisha) Atkinson; grandchildren Timothy, Brianna, Casey, Jordan, Noah, Xander, Traelynn, and Dessarae; many great-grandchildren; her parents Buddy and Minnie; siblings Billy Aldridge, Danny Aldridge, and Deborah Diane Swedberg; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is predeceased by her husband Roger and brother Christopher Aldridge.
