Mildred Revels

We rarely express our gratitude for someone. Our mother made sure my brothers and I always knew how much she cared. She reminded us of how important we were to her. Our mother was an incredible person. Millie as she liked to be called was loved by so many and she was so happy to finally have found Jeff to share her life with. The love they had for each other was unconditional. If you were lucky to spend more than five minutes in her presence, you knew she was one hell of firecracker. We are so grateful to have had a mother like her. She was stubborn and fought as hard as she could. She lost her battle to illness on June 2nd, 2021, in Rockford, Illinois. Millie is survived by her children. Her son Jeremy (Angel) Anderson, son Christopher Anderson, daughter Crystal (Joseph) Lighthart, and Jason Revels. As well as her beloved grandchildren Jackson, Cerenity, Sara, Alexis, Johnathan, Tanner, Angela and Jacob. She is preceded in death by her parents Ethel and Myrl Kelley, sister Betty Walker, and her brother Ted Kelly. ? A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. at Rockford Community Church located at 6909 Auburn St. in Rockford Illinois.
