Mary Dach

December 31, 1958 — September 28, 2024

Mary A. Dach, 65, of Rockton, passed away on September 28, 2024. She was born in Chicago, IL; the daughter of Richard, Sr. and Dorothy (Vitous) Dach. She worked for many years at Testors Corporation in quality control. Mary was a member of Holy Family Church and volunteered for the Perpetual Prayer Society. She enjoyed being outside and taking care of her house and yard. Florida was her go-to place when she wanted to travel. She could fix anything; she was a Jane-of-all-trades. She loved to spend time with her family and friends and was known as “Aunt Mimi” or Aunt Mary to many nieces and nephews, both biological and not. Mary sent a message “Thank you, thank you! and Thank you again for everything you sacrificed to get me home to God”.

She is survived by her siblings Dorothy Kulpa, Richard (Peggy) Dach, Jr., John (Pam) Dach, Michael Dach, Sr., Mark (Linda) Dach, and Carol Dach; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special friends. Predeceased by her parents Richard, Sr. and Dorothy Dach. and her brother Ron (Cathy) Tomczak.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of Mercy Home Health and Hospice, especially Candy Johns, for their care and compassion.
