Mark Lee Williams, Sr., 67, of Rockton, passed away peacefully in his home on July 13, 2025. He was born on April 1, 1958, in Rockford; the son of Udell Williams and Phyllis Schick. Mark was a journeyman at Atwood Industries, Rockford Powertrain, and later retired from Andes Candies. Mark loved to be outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Coon Hound Association and a lifetime member of the North American Hunting Club. He also enjoyed turning a wrench and spending time with his hunting dogs over the years. He always looked forward to his yearly trip to North Dakota to visit family. Mark enjoyed watching Westerns on tv and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his mother Phyllis (Docktor) Schick; sons Mark (Jeanine) Williams, Jr., Matthew (Jennifer) Williams, and Miles (Aubrae) Williams; grandchildren Autumn, Grace, Maxwell, and Stella; brothers Jay (Becky) Williams and Todd Williams; nieces and nephews including his close nephew, Daniel Lounsbury. He is predeceased by his father Udell Williams.
