Lourdes Knutson

Lourdes N. Knutson, 76, of Rockford, passed away on Wednesday, August 24, 2022. She was born on February 3, 1946, in Bay Bay, Leyte, Philippines, to Eustaquia and Cuadrato Napoles. She is survived by husband Gary A. Knutson, married April 20, 1968; Daughter, Evangeline (Ron) Farr; Sons Paul (Cynthia) Knutson, and Joseph (Kimberly) Knutson; grandchildren, Dean Farr, Nicole (Justin) Fudge, Alicia (Dalton) Bohnenkamp, Anthony Knutson, Aiden Knutson and Austin Knutson; Special Niece Rosa (Tom) Ottowitz. Ludy was one of 18 siblings (9 boys/9 girls). Numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Aristotle Knutson.
A service for Ludy will take place on Friday, September 2, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Saint Patrick Catholic Church, 2505 School Street, Rockford, Illinois 61101. Reception to follow at 1:00 P.M., VFW Loves Park, 2018 Windsor Road, Loves Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
