Lori Deanne Fleming 1956-2024
Lori Dee 68, of Hurst, Illinois (formerly of Hooppole, Illinois) passed away November 12, 2024 from a prolonged illness at Kindred Care in Sycamore, Illinois. Lori Dee was born on April 27, 1956 in Rockford, Illinois to John J. and Lila Joan (Goyer) Bushno. She was a 1974 graduate of Annawan High School.
She attended beauty school in Kewanee. She loved to hunt mushrooms. And she enjoyed spending time in the mountains when she lived in Colorado. She enjoyed baking, and you knew you were special to her if she made her beef stroganoff for you.
She leaves behind sons TJ Fleming (Suzi), Josh Fleming; daughters Amanda Fleming, Ciara Fleming, Cheyanne Gregory (Seth), and Brianna Dumaw. Also, 16 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Additionally, her sister Sherra Irving (Chris); brother John Bushno (Becky); and sister Kay Bushno and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Edward Ray Williams and Mark Bushno; her sister Rose Bushno; and nephew Dalton Talbot. She suffered from chronic kidney disease for many years. Donations in her memory can be made to the American Kidney Foundation.
A Remembrance Event will be hosted by her nephew Shane Williams and his wife Susan on Saturday, April 25 at their home in Atkinson starting at 11:00 a.m.
