Kimberly A. Vincer-Kemppainen, 61, of Rockford, passed away unexpectedly at her home on December 19, 2025. She was born on June 12, 1964, in Rockford, the daughter of Ronald and Shirley (Clark) Vincer. Kimberly attended Jefferson High School.
Kim was a true free spirit with a big heart and a radiant smile. She was often the life of the party, known for her goofy sense of humor and her love of singing and dancing. She was at her happiest under the Florida sun, with her toes in the sand and the sound of the waves nearby. At home, she expressed her love through her cooking; her legendary chili and Italian dishes were shared with her friends and loved ones. Her kids have especially fond memories of how much Kim loved all holidays. She took great joy and pride in decorating and making them special, leaving lasting traditions and memories of love.
Survivors include her children Tara (Mike) Stoecklin, Krystal (Brandon) Hosters, and Ryan Coaty; grandchildren Delilah, Emerson, Kai, and Eli; siblings Ronda (Patrick) Owens and Brian (Tracy) Vincer; several nieces and nephews; and her cat Bebe. She is predeceased by her parents Ronald and Shirley Vincer.
