Kenneth Dewayne Hanvy passed away in his home surrounded by the loving embrace of family in the early hours of Sunday morning on October 6, 2024. Kenny was a proud union painter for the Local 607. He also enjoyed his time working for Chrysler. He married his sweetheart Nikole on April 28, 2011. He spent countless cherished moments going out to dinner, to the movies, and watching his youngest son play sports. Whether it was grilling in the backyard or just sharing laughs with family and friends, he knew how to bring joy to everyone. His big blue eyes and nice loving smile would light up a room full of people.

Kenny joined Memorial Baptist Church where he loved and served his Lord and Savior, which encouraged many more to attend. He loved being an active member of the church and is known for his famous biscuits and gravy.

Kenny also loved and enjoyed spending time with his four grandchildren. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. His family and friends will miss his loving and humorous presence.
