Kathy Swick

KATHY LYNN SWICK, 57, of Machesney Park, IL passed away Wednesday September 16, 2020. Kathy was born on February 1, 1963; the daughter of Robert and Shirley Parkins. Kathy was a graduate of Jefferson High School and an avid Bears fan. She worked as a server at the Waffle Shop and the Rathskeller before they closed. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Greg Swick; daughter Jessica Morgan; sons Joseph (Brianna) Carter, Wesley Morgan and Dustin (Mandy) Carter; mother Shirley Collins; sisters Karie (Leroy) Williams and Karmen Parkins; brothers Edward and Harold Bridges, and Bradley Parkins; grandchildren Noah, Rylin, Addison, Jax and Bella Carter and Addison Morgan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Kathy was predeceased by her grandparents; father Robert Parkins and sister Roseann Bridges. A celebration of life will be at a later date.
