Jimmy F. Boyce, 76, of Rockford, IL passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024, at home surrounded by family. Born February 29, 1948, to Hallie and Elvis Boyce. Jim married the love of his life, Deborah Northern. Jim worked as a taxi driver for Ambassador Taxi, Yellow Taxi, and AA Transportation On Time. Jim was a very loving, caring, wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He loved spending time with his wife and his family. He loved going fishing with his son-in-law John and grandsons Brian and Sam.

Jim is preceded in death by his wife Deborah Boyce; his parents Hallie and Elvis Boyce; and sister Linda Johann.

Survivors include his daughter Julianna (Johnathan) Pierce of Rockford, daughter Ewona (Mike) Daugherty of Pueblo West, CO; Jeff (Rae) Sanchez of Toledo, OH; Kevin (Becky) Russell of Rockford; Jimmy Boyce of Winnebago; Judi Loux of Beloit, and Robin Boyce of CA. Jim has 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
