Jessica Ann Oliver, 26, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 25, 2021 in Rockford, Illinois. Jessica was born on May 25, 1994 to Patricia Brown and Donald Oliver Sr. in Akron, Ohio. Jessica attended Leesburg High School, graduating in 2012. Jessica was a cashier at Road Ranger. She was a Christian and attended the Salvation Army. She enjoyed doing modeling. Jessica is survived by her parents, step father, David Brown; brothers, Donald Oliver II, Christopher Brown; sister, Melissa Oliver; cousin, Britaney Lane; Brother Reno, and many more.  ? A celebration of life for Jessica will take place May 13, 2021 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Blackhawk Springs.
