Hermine Mcintyre

Hermine McIntyre, 49, of Creston, Illinois, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, October 10, 2022. Hermine was born on January 7, 1973, in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Wilma (Grubb) and Keith List Sr. She was raised in Creston, where she made lifelong roots with friends and family.  She loved to sing and do karaoke, and was the life of every party. Hermine and her husband John loved riding motorcycles, going camping, and spending time with their furry-baby Cotton. She loved her grandchildren and especially loved swimming with them. Friends and family were her top priority, and words could not possibly describe how deeply she cared for them and loved them. She was truly a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She is survived by her husband, John Davidson; mother, Wilma List; children, Cinnamon List, Kimberly McIntyre, Donna McIntyre, and Micah Davidson; grandchildren, KayDence, Maleka, Kalem, Jesse, Dominic, Isaiah, Robert and Amara; siblings, Carla (Bambam) Elvin, Kathy Locke, Keith (Amy) List Jr., Buddy (Misti) List; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; beloved dog, Cotton. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; father, Keith List Sr.; late husband, Kalem McIntyre; brother-in-law, Bob Locke. The family of Hermine would like to extend their gratitude to Serenity Hospice for their care and support that was always provided, as well as to Kim Mitchell, a registered nurse with Kishwaukee Hospital for the extra attention and love that was given to Hermine during that time.  A Celebration of Life for Hermine will be announced at a later date.
