Gerald "Jerry" Davidson

December 31, 1969 — November 12, 2025

Gerald "Jerry" Dennis Davidson, 59, of Rockford, passed away in his home on November 12, 2025, from a sudden illness. He was born on September 30, 1966, the son of Gerald Franklin and Janie Elizabeth (Halcomb) Davidson. He was employed as a saw operator at American Quality Manufacturing. Jerry loved gardening and he could produce the best tomatoes from seed each year. He also enjoyed grilling, watching western movies, and playing with his dog Bear. Jerry was an avid Trump supporter.

Survivors include his sister Valerie (Michael) Wallschlaeger; brother Clifton Davidson; nephew Phil Davidson; numerous cousins; and his dog Bear. He is predeceased by his parents and infant sister Beverly Susan Davidson.
