Florence Kimball

Florence Berck Reiter Kimball, 87, of Rockford, died October 7, 2020. Born March 15, 1933 in Palatine, IL; daughter of Robert A. and Frances J. (Berck) Reiter. Flo married John Kimball, Sr. on May 12, 1951. She wore many hats in her lifetime as a wife, mother, homemaker, and grandmother, and friend. She loved to travel with her husband around the United States in their RV. Her Teddy is joining her on her cremation journey.
Survivors include her sons James (Mark Cihlar) Kimball, John (Cynthia) Kimball, Jr.; and Jay Kimball; grandchildren Megan (Jake) Genrich, Jacob Kimball, and Zach Kimball; great-grandchildren Brynn, Olivia, and Cole; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents, husband John, and siblings Jackie (Blaine) Jones and Peter (Mary) Reiter. The Kimball family would like to extend a special thank you to Heartland Hospice and the care they showed for Flo, especially Johanna, Claudine, and Natalie.
