Edwin Henry Randall Jr.

Edwin Henry Randall Jr. (Bubbs or Bubby to friends and family), 76, of Capron, IL passed peacefully in his sleep on January 14, 2026. He was a father, grandfather, uncle and friend to so many.
A proud U.S. Veteran, Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. “Once a Marine, always a Marine.” He was a loyal Chicago Bears fan, to the point he would watch reruns of old games, like the 1985 Super Bowl over and over. An avid pool player always up for a game. He was an outdoors kind of man, loved just going for a drive through the country or sitting on the porch watching the dogs play and the horses run. And, anyone who knew him would know, he would prefer a good high from a good joint at any time.
He is survived by his son, Edwin (Lauren) Randall III; his grandson, Charlie Randall; his caregiver and partner, Kristine Randall; his siblings, Enid (John) Moorehead, Bruce (Donna) Randall, Eva (Homer) Krauss, and Sandra (Todd, deceased) Reinhard. He is preceded in death by his son, David Randall, his parents Edwin Randall Sr, and Marie (Clark) Nichols, his siblings, Cheryl Nichols, Clarence Randall, and Gary Randall.
