Dennis Nyman

November 11, 1942 — November 21, 2023

Dennis A. Nyman, 81, of Rockford passed away in his home on November 21, 2023. Born November 11, 1942, in Chatham, MI; the son of Charles and Vienna (Lempinen) Nyman. He served in the US Army and was stationed in Germany. He married Vicki L. Livingston on July 9, 1976. He worked for Elco Textron for over 30 years. He was a hard worker. He loved to tinker and could fix anything and built decks and sheds. Dennis played the accordion/keyboard. He played with his brothers when he was younger and enjoyed playing Polka music and waltzes but would play Elvis for his wife Vicki.

Survivors include his wife Vicki; children Janie (Ray) Webb, Lorraine (Joe) McCormick, DuWayne Nyman, and Phillip Nyman; grandchildren Michael McCall, Brandon Webb, Chelsea McCormick, Joseph McCormick, Jr., Jassamyn, Nicholas, Trista, and Payton Nyman; many great grandchildren; and sister Phyllis Maki. He is predeceased by his parents; brothers Arnold and Lowell Nyman, and sister Mildred Raniero.
