Dennis Claus

Dennis Keith Claus, 63, of Loves Park, Illinois, passed away on Friday, February 5, 2021 at OSF Hospital. Dennis was born to Ella and Lester Claus on November 16, 1957 in Newport, West Virginia. Dennis attended Harlem High School, graduating in 1975. Dennis married the love of his life, Julie Anne Bailey on January 1, 1975. Dennis enjoyed fishing all around the area, and spending time with his family. Dennis is survived by his children, James (Tish) Claus, Dennis “DJ” Claus Jr., Sarah Claus; grandchildren, Jason, Alexandria, Gabriel, Allievea, Victoria, and Kieralynn; many nieces and nephews; 2 brothers and 3 sisters; dog, Daisy Mae Duke. Dennis is preceded in death by his wife, Julie; parents, Ella and Lester. A private inurnment will take place at Willwood Burial Park.
