David Klaman

David Robert Klaman, 74, of Rockford passed away October 31st, 2022. He was born May, 5th, 1948 In Harvard, Illinois, the son of Alvin and Marie (Wilkinson) Klaman. David was employed at Dean Foods in Belvidere for 40 years. Dave was an avid Bears and Cubs fan and loved to take his two daughters to games whenever he could when they were children. He also loved golf, watching westerns, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchild. He was kind, generous and loved his family. He is survived by his daughters Stacey (Scott) Kaliski and Kelley (Mike) Klaman-Ritsche, his sister Nancy (Wally) Jones, Granddaughters Kailtynn and Jocilynn Ford, Grandson Kyle Ritsche, great grandson Payton Wilson and numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Predeceased by his parents, brothers Jerry and Ken and sister Sherry. Celebration of life will be held at the American Legion 1011 S Alpine Rd, Rockford, IL 61108 on Sunday November 13th from 1 -5 pm. The family encourages you to wear Bears or Cubs gear in his honor.
