He took great pride in ensuring the parts he signed off were of quality, and met, or exceeded, safety standards. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, enjoyed camping, trap shooting, and running the gun club at Boone Lake where he was a member. He was also a collector and enjoyed going to garage and Estate Sales. Dan's favorite pastime was spending time with his family and his wealth of friends. Red, white, and blue were his heart and soul. He loved to golf and cook, especially having fun getting creative with his new air fryer, he was also a lifelong fan of the Minnesota Vikings and the St. Louis Cardinals.
