Cynthia Goff

Cynthia L. Goff, 56, of Rockford, died April 1, 2019 in Fair Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center in South Beloit. She was born January 11, 1963 in Chicago, IL; daughter of Howard, Sr. and Sandy (Neumann) Wesley. Cynthia graduated from West Aurora High School in 1981. She married Robert Goff on April 28, 1990; he died April 5, 2008. Worked at Walter Lawson’s Children’s Home as a caregiver for almost 10 years. She loved to cook, enjoyed watching football, but most of all she just loved being a mom and grandma. She is survived by her children, Tim (Amy) McDonald, Desiree (Chris) Nichols, Tony and Kyle Goff; 9 grandchildren; father Howard, Sr. (Patricia) Wesley; brothers Jerry (Lori) Wesley, Howard Jr. (Eileen) Wesley, and sister Candy (Mike) Anthony. Predeceased by her mother Sandy and husband Robert. A Celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
