Survived by son Jeffrey Cebas: daughter-in law Amy Sananisai; grandkids Xavier Cody Sananisai, and Miley Sananisai; her sister Joanie Hackworth; brother-In law Rick Hackworth. Predeceased by son Matthew Minnick: mom Irene and Father Clayton Minnick , brothers Mario and Geno Minnick and her sister Jeanie Sexton.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 17th at 11 AM at Rock Church, 2905 Bildahl Street, Rockford IL, 61108. A visitation will be from 10 am until time of service and there will be food following the service at noon in the Fellowship area. Memorials may be made to https://rockchurchrockford.churchcenter.com/giving/to/connie-marie-cebas-memorial OR in person and drop in the black boxes in the back of the church. Interment at Arlington Memorial Park at a later date. Stateline Cremations is assisting the family, 6204 Forest Hills Rd., Loves Park, IL 61111.
