Carrie Bell

Carrie Ann Bell, 41, of Rockford, died April 14, 2019, in her home. Born June 18, 1977, in London, Ohio; daughter of John and Vickie Elliott. Graduated from South High School in Springfield, Ohio in 1996. Carrie worked in advertising for both outside companies and as self-employed. She loved spending time with her children watching movies, and fishing when they were younger. She was always there for her kids and will be greatly missed by all.  Survivors include her sons Jeffrey A. Dodd and Austin Dodd, and daughter Aryzona Dodd; father John Elliott; brother Alan “Marty” Coates; sisters Darcy and Leslie Bell. Carrie is predeceased by her mother Vickie.  A Celebration of Life will be 1 to 3 pm, Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Rockford Community Church, 6909 Auburn Street, Rockford, 61101.
