Carol Paggi

Carol V. Paggi, 83, of Roscoe, passed away on November 25, 2024, in her home surrounded by family. She was born on May 3, 1941, in Lowell, Massachusetts, the daughter George and Isabelle (Noyes) Cushing. She married Earl “Joe” Paggi in Wilmington, Massachusetts on October 19, 1963. After Joe’s retirement they lived in Mesa, Arizona, for 20 years before moving back to Illinois. Carol enjoyed crocheting, latch-hooking, and diamond painting. She also enjoyed playing cards with her friends. Carol was all about family and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.

Her survivors include her husband of 61 years, Earl “Joe” Paggi; daughter Toni (Scott) Moore; grandchildren Jordan (Baya) Cruz; Jacob (Kasey) Cruz; Nicole (Bill) Donato and Ashley (Luke Latta) Paggi; 6 great-grandchildren and one on the way; her grand dog Louie; and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents; son Michael Paggi; and her siblings.

The family would extend a special thank you to Heartland Hospice for their care and compassion.
