Benjamin Dunker

Benjamin Joseph Dunker, 36, passed away December 22, 2020 suddenly in his home in Rockford, Illinois. Born November 16th, 1984 in Rockford to Vicki (John) Dunker and Karl Dunker. Benjamin was the oldest of his siblings, Maxwell Dunker and Chloe Dunker. Benjamin was a loving father to his daughter Ella Louise. Ben loved being a father and took his daughter on so many adventures outdoors. Benjamin had a laugh that was unmistakable and will be missed by many friends and family. He is preceded in death by both of his parents, Vicki and Karl; Grandparents, Alice, Hank, Jean, and Bill; Aunt Shirley. Benjamin lived a full hearted and love filled life with hobbies and activities that included riding bikes on the bike path, disc golf, fishing, rooting for his sports teams and taking trips to Iowa to spend time with friends at the cabin to hunt and act like wild men. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out directly to the family, and are encouraged to reach out to the family personally. A celebration of life will be determined on a later date due to the current pandemic. The family sends their sincerest condolences to all that Benjamin touched in their lives.
