Belvia Milligan

Belvia Ann Milligan (Simonson) was born September 21, 1949, to Floyd and Elizabeth Simonson. She graduated from East High School in the class of 1967. She married her high school sweetheart Gary Milligan in July of 1968. She was very much into dance and artsy stuff, as well as having a seamstress/sewing business with her mother. Belvia retired from RPS 205 in 2014. She is survived by her husband, Gary; Daughter, Robin Milligan; 3 grandchildren, Ross, Haleigh, and Kaleb. She was preceded in death by her parents, and son Ross. Per Belvia’s request, no services will be held.
