Arlene E. Hamlin, 72, of Machesney Park, passed away peacefully in her home on May 25, 2024. She was born on July 26, 1951, in Hibbing, Minnesota, the daughter of Frank and Ella (Link) Hamlin. She was the youngest of 12 children. Arlene graduated from High School and then attended Lane Community College in Eugene, Oregon. She married Richard Baldwin on May 9, 1976. She was an avid collector. Her favorite thing to collect was Royal Doulton figurines. She went to antique stores all over. She enjoyed watching Perry Mason and Columbo on tv. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.

Arlene is survived by her husband Richard; daughters Nicole (Donny Perrine) Baldwin and Tracy Olson; grandchildren Chelsey Watson, Skylar Perkins, Xavier, Xandria, Drake, Daxton, and Ziana Olson; great-grandson Elijah; siblings Claude (Bill) Hamlin of Springfield, Oregon, Frank Hamlin of Ronan, Montana, and Vernette Burnard of Menifee, California. She is predeceased by her parents Frank and Ella; siblings Velda Hamlin, Lawrence Hamlin, Grant Hamlin, Dale Hamlin, Lillian Hamlin-Pickett, Alfred Hamlin, Roland Hamlin, and Marlene Hamlin-Boman)
