Antoinette “Toni” Denise Carlson, 71, of Rockford, on October 17, 2024, in her home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 14, 1953, in Los Angeles, California, the daughter of Sam D. Alfano and Betty L. Peterson. She graduated from Hollywood High in 1972. She married Gregory E. Carlson on February 14, 1985. She was a claim analyst, level III and she worked for Cigna for 26 years, 18 years at home and she retired in 2020. She enjoyed listening to music and spending time with her chihuahuas.

She is survived by her husband of 39 years Gregory E. Carlson; daughters Tara M. Carlson, Katie L. Carlson, and Holly A. Carlson; grandchildren Isaac, Mackenzie, Isaiah, and Tylin. She is predeceased by her parents Sam D. Alfano and Betty L. Peterson; and her infant son Gregory Carlson, Jr.
