Ann Louise Miller, 67, of Rockford, died September 22, 2019 in Alden Debes Nursing Home. Born October 17, 1951 in Rockford; daughter of Lela (Servin) Loveless. Ann met her husband, Raymond “Butch” Miller at a Halloween party and were married February 15, 1969, and he died May 11, 2012. Ann worked for Septran, now Sunrise, for almost 20 years. Ann loved to cook and spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed reading and was an avid Bingo player; she played at multiple places including Ken Rock and Harmony Club. She also traveled extensively with her aunt and uncle Lenora and Bob Ruehl. Survivors include her daughters Becky Miller and Tina (Carl Smith) Miller-Smith; grandchildren Brittney, Courtney, Josh, Abbi, and Emily; 6 great-grandchildren; aunt Lenora Ruehl and her family; and her special friend Alice Hammons. She is preceded in death by her mom, husband, son, grandson Ace, grandma Abbie Skinner, and uncle Bob Ruehl. A memorial service will be 1 pm, Saturday, September 28, 2019 in Rockford Community Church, 6909 Auburn Street, Rockford with Christine Tesdorff-Shaver to officiate.
